Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. If you have not received your confirmation or tracking details within 3 working days please contact us at hello@bremersurfco.com.au for assistance.

Orders are delivered via Aus Post and the above delivery time frames are only an estimate. We take no responsibility for delay's through the Aus-Post service. From time to time shipping delays may and can occur, due to reasons beyond our control. If shipping is delayed will we do everything possible to ensure a speedy delivery.

Items Shipped directly from supplier

We ask you enter your address carefully when completing your purchase as we cannot update addresses or cancel orders of items shipped directly from our suppliers. If you do need to update an address you will need to call the courier to which it was shipped with. *Please note we take no responsibility if this cannot be updated by this service in time. 

 

Signature on Delivery

We use a no signature required service for all of our deliveries. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.

 

Shipments not received

Returns & Refund Policy

Clothing

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. All garments must be as new with tags still attached. Any garments that appear to be worn (makeup marks, stains, perfume scent) will not be accepted. We do not offer free returns so any postage costs will be at the customers expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will not include shipping costs.

Towels

We do not offer returns or exchanges for our sand free beach towels so please choose your items carefully. 

​

Sale Items 

All products sold as part of a sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please choose your items carefully as all sales are final.

Out of stock Items

In the event that your product is out of stock, you will receive an email from us with the options to swap product, full refund or credit.  

 

Faulty Products
We always strive to make you feel confident when purchasing online from us and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact as at hello@bremersurfco.com.au within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
